Cesium_137 are working with a new vocal producer on their forthcoming album, tentatively titled "Identity". Tom Shear of Assemblage 23 has signed on to led a hand in the creation of this new sound. Cesium_137 first tapped Tom Shear (Assemblage 23) to assist in the vocal production. This is actually not the first time the two bands collaborated, as Shear assisted in the recording and production of Cesium_137's first demo "The Art of Controlling & Composing", and also contributed a remix to their early track 'Language Without Lies" for their "The Fall" single. Cesium_137 Back Catalog Re-Releases With Bonuses Cesium_137 is happy to announced the re-release of their first two releases, "The Fall" (single) and "Advanced/Decay" (full-length album) on Metropolis Records. Originally released on the now-defunct Tonedeaf Records Label in 2001, both submissions sold out fairly quickly and have been out-of-print since. Since then fans have been demanding the re-issue of these albums and Cesium_137, now retaining the rights, has gladly given them to Metropolis Records. The re-release is slated for an early 2009 street date. These two items will be digital-only releases on i-tunes and a myriad of other digital music stores. Expect both digi-releases to be completely remastered with a few surprise bonus tracks; as well as completely new artwork for "advanced/Decay". These releases originally included remixes by Assemblage 23, Gasr, Matrix, the morgan Particle, Justin Singer and Lost Signal....and may have a few more on the re-release!.

Songwriting is complete for "X's and the Eyes" by Anders Manga!!! The album is currently being recorded and mixed in Philadelphia by Isaac Walter Glendening (of Cesium_137), who is also co-producer on the album. "Coming from a love of old school Gothic culture, it feels great to be able to move outside of the EBM genre and work with an artist I have long admired. I am looking forward to working with these great songs, and I hope to add a fresh perspective while working with this great material" said Isaac Glendening. "X's and The Eyes" is due out Summer/Fall 2008.
